Beneficial Flowers

Edible Gardens are more beautiful and alive with flowers mixed in, and they serve an important purpose.  They attract pollenators, provide shelter and safety for "good" bugs, and many attract butterflies and hummingbirds along with the bees.
We like to plant taller varieties in the center of beds where it's harder to reach and harvest the edibles.  Shorter varieties we plant on the edges or between edibles.
